Application: An application is lodged with the principal and must be completed at least two terms in advance of the intended leave. If approved, the leave can immediately be entered on HRMS.

Professional Development must be linked to the College Annual Improvement Plan and your Performance and Development Plan. Requested Professional Opportunities may not always be approved.

If you are submitting this form for the following day after 4pm please call the Daily Organiser (Melinda Springthorpe – 0408 815 208). Please only call between 7am and 7pm. If you need to call outside these hours contact the Principal or Assistant Principal. DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE! Always speak to the Daily Organiser. If this is not possible contact and speak to the Principal or Assistant Principal.
